I love our business. I love what I do for a living.

Our Story
Electrical Work With Heart Behind It
TC Electrical Solutions is owned and run by BJ Radford and his wife, right here in Chesapeake. Since 2021, they have built the business the old-fashioned way: one job, one customer, and one promise kept at a time.
BJ is in the field doing the work, and he cares about it deeply. Ask him about the business and he will tell you plainly that it means the world to him. That is the attitude he brings to every panel upgrade, generator install, and repair, whether it is a family home in Great Bridge or a commercial facility across Hampton Roads.
Our tagline, Bringing You Power With Purpose, is a promise: honest recommendations, upfront pricing, and work we are proud to put our name on.
What Drives Us
In BJ’s Words
A Name That Matches the Work
“I want to have the business name to go along with our work ethic.”
Showing up on time, doing it right, and explaining what we did. Our reputation is built on how we work, one job at a time.
Family Owned, Family Run
“My wife and I run this together.”
When you call TC Electric, you are working with the owners, not a call center. Every job carries our family name.
Never Settling
BJ is his own toughest inspector. He looks at every finished install and asks how it could be cleaner, safer, or better built, and that standard shows in the work.
Teaching, Not Just Fixing
BJ believes an informed customer is a confident one. He walks you through what he found, what your options are, and why it matters, and he is working on how-to videos to help even more Hampton Roads homeowners.
